Convenient location next to Metro station and Botanical Garden. Easy access to public transport system, supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness of the hotel facilities.

Stayed during Easter and I must say the facilities were better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and good free Wi-Fi. The hotel had a 24-hour reception which made check-in/out easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent as well, just a short walk from the subway and a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The park across the street was also a nice place to relax.

The outside of the hotel was not in good condition and needs some serious renovations. the noise from traffic outside was noticeable even when the windows were closed, so it may not be the best place if you're a light sleeper.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel here and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality services. The location was perfect, as it was very close to a metro station, making it convenient to explore the city with ease. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that my every need was met. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I could possibly need, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a dressing area. I also appreciated the little extra touches, such as the free toiletries and the electric kettle for a hot cup of tea. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable carpeted floor. The dining options were great, with a delicious breakfast spread to start the day off right.

This place was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Our hotel was conveniently located near a subway station and a 24, hour supermarket. the room was adequate, with free Wi, Fi and a new shower cabin. the staff was polite and helpful, and we felt secure with 24, hour attendants on our floor. the view from our room was open and pleasant.

Our room lacked air conditioning, and we had to keep the windows open during noisy nights.

Spent my Xmas vacation here and loved the easy access to public transport , the subway station was only a 2, minute walk away! the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Loved the fantastic views of the city from my room, and the clean, warm, and cozy atmosphere it offered. Bonus points for the affordable price!

The breakfast wasn't too appealing to me, as the same Ukrainian food was served every day. would have been great to have more variety.
